The role you’ll play
As the Head of Solution Sales, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our newly launched solution sales team by designing customer-specific solutions for our cutting-edge SaaS products and language solutions. You will lead a team of solution experts who work alongside our sales and customer success organization, participating in customer meetings, pre-sales, and solution development dialogues. Your primary focus will be supporting sales growth through ensuring our sales teams are equipped to deliver high-value solutions that align with customer needs.
In addition to shaping deals, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing the voice of the customer into our product development process. You will act as the key liaison between our sales, marketing and product teams, gathering insights from the market and customers to inform future product and service development.
