The position
As a Project Manager in Integrated Quality (IQ) your primary responsibility will be to drive mid-size cross-organizational projects/activities and facilitate meetings & workshops within a pillar in Integrated Quality, supporting the transformation of our Quality Management System to support the ▶Novo Nordisk◀ scaling ambition. Five pillars have been established to drive the transformation: IQ Structure, IQ Leadership, IQ Training, IQ Culture, and IQ Data & Technology. The nature of activities or tracks you will lead will be different in character depending on the actual pillar you will be involved in.
