The position
As a Junior Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:
Leading projects or large work packages using your project management toolbox and leadership skills. Planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Organizing project teams, assigning responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements. Providing clear goals and purpose for the project and the project team members, supporting key decisions throughout the project, including milestones. Creating effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project, selecting and applying essential project management tools and methods.
