As Strategic Business Partner you will function as an internal strategy consultant driving the strategic agenda in Oral Product Development (OPDev) which is part of Emerging Technologies. This includes translating corporate strategy to our business unit, driving and executing strategic projects across the area as well as analyzing internal and external data to guide decision making that will set the direction for future growth, all in close collaboration with management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate and drive operational and strategic projects and perform in-depth analysis of areas of interest to OPDev

  • Identifying, developing and implementing business initiatives to support the overall strategic goals

  • Ensure pro-active stakeholder management and communication at multiple organisational levels

  • Following up on actions and creating presentation materials
